The management cycle for on-site staff can be briefly
divided into 3 stages, in each of them we implement strict measures
and controls.
Selection
Before interviewed by client, the candidates have to pass our
multi-round internal interview and evaluation for comprehensive
capabilities such as working skills, experience, career ethic,
potentiality, etc. The final decision lies with client, but we
will get the client's feedback, to inform the candidate what
to improve and at the same time update our own interview criteria.
Working On-site
Working on-site at client's office doesn't mean "get out of control".
We ask the on-site staff to submit regular work report, designate
on-site team leads, our HR management team communicate with and
visit them on a regular basis. In addition, SinoCom-ArtM will
work with client to design effective performance evaluation process,
the result of which will be acting as the primary basis for the
bonus and promotion of each on-site staff.
Completion
After the on-site work finished, all the staff will come back to
SinoCom-ArtM and submit a complete summary report. They will join
other project team, or participate our on-going integrated trainings.
